Part 1: Digital Delivery Policy

1. Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment, your digital product (software license, download link, or service access) will be delivered instantly to the email address you provided during checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframe

While most deliveries are instant, please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive in case of system delays or manual verification requirements.

  • If you do not receive an email within 20 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • If the email is still missing, please contact us immediately at send@bytedepth.com.

3. File Access

For downloadable software, you will receive a secure link. Please ensure you download and save your files immediately, as download links may expire after a set period.


Part 2: Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products and software licenses, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that technical issues can happen.

We will offer a full refund or replacement if:

  • The file you downloaded is corrupt or damaged.
  • The software license key provided is invalid.
  • The specific service purchased was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We generally do not grant refunds in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after the purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have already downloaded/accessed the file.
  • You lack the technical expertise or compatible hardware to use the software (please check system requirements before purchasing).
