Cancellation and Refund

At ByteDepth (https://bytedepth.online/), we believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

A. Order Cancellation

  • Instant Downloads: For digital software or downloadable products that are delivered instantly, cancellations are not possible once the payment is processed and the download link has been generated.

  • Pending Orders: If you have placed an order for a service or software that requires manual activation or delivery and it has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately at 9696775989.

B. Service/Subscription Cancellation

If you have subscribed to a recurring digital service (e.g., maintenance plans, software subscriptions):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing send@bytedepth.com.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle, but previous payments are non-refundable.


2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded. However, we may approve a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: You did not receive the download link or access email within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Major Technical Defects: The software or service has a critical error that prevents it from functioning, and our support team could not resolve the issue within 3 business days.

  • Service Not Rendered: If you paid for a service (e.g., installation support, customization) and it was not performed.

B. Refund Timeframe

  • You must submit a refund request within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be entertained.

C. Processing of Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account or statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.


3. Contact Us for Cancellations/Refunds

If you wish to request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your Order ID and reason:
